Recognized as having led one of the three largest weekly youth group gatherings in America, youth ministry expert Dan ‘ROC’ Borwick is an award-winning entrepreneur, keynote speaker, and community outreach strategist. His 35-year career is highlighted by the creation of a city-wide Sidewalk Sunday School Program that served hundreds of kids in low-income housing.  He created and implemented a character development program that impacted 40 elementary schools and 12,000 students annually, along with the ROCMAN Superhero Character for kids, which earned him the 1999 “National Children’s Minister of the Year Award” from Willie George Ministries. ROC is currently pioneering a unique and unconventional non-profit community initiative called STORY CHANGERS, an in-school leadership development program for middle and high school students.

ROC is a certified speaker, trainer, and coach with the John Maxwell Team, a global organization that is on the cutting edge of effective leadership development for the emerging generation. ROC and his wife, Leslie, also own and operate two ballet studios in Clovis, NM, and Muleshoe, TX. They are passionate and committed to helping students develop the social and emotional leadership muscles necessary for success in the real world of adulthood.
